Samantha Smith, ARNP, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder of Mason City Wellness. She works with men and women struggling with hormone changes, weight concerns, and shifts in how they feel, providing care that is personalized and grounded in science.

Education & Expertise

Samantha has completed advanced training in hormone therapy through WorldLink Medical and HRT University. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with real-world application, focusing on care that helps patients feel better without unnecessary complexity.

Philosophy of Care

Samantha believes the best care begins with understanding the person, not just the symptoms. She takes the time to understand each patient's concerns, lifestyle, and goals before creating a plan built on trust and clarity.

Outside the Clinic

Samantha is a wife and mother of three. She enjoys barre classes, riding her Peloton, and spending weekends at travel baseball games with her family. She understands the demands of busy, real life, and that perspective shapes how she cares for her patients.
